Using evidence-based approaches like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I provide compassionate and developmentally appropriate support to children navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, or life transitions. I also have experience working with neurodivergent children, including those with ADHD and autism, tailoring therapy to honor their unique strengths and needs. Sessions are engaging and collaborative, helping young clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to develop healthy coping strategies and emotional regulation skills.

Family relationships are at the heart of emotional wellbeing. I offer supportive family therapy to help improve communication, strengthen connections, and navigate challenging dynamics. I work with families of all kinds, including those raising neurodivergent children or teens, to create a safe and validating space where every family member has a voice. Together, we focus on enhancing understanding, building resilience, and supporting one another through life’s stressors and transitions.

Whether you’re deciding if parenthood is for you, trying to grow your family, exploring alternative paths to parenthood, or adjusting to life as new parents, I offer a space for reflection, support, and healing. I work with individuals and couples to process complex emotions, manage anxiety, strengthen relationships, and find clarity during this deeply personal and often emotional journey. My goal is to support you in feeling grounded and empowered no matter where your path to parenthood leads.

I periodically offer workshops designed to support mental wellness and skill-building for individuals, parents, and caregivers. Topics may include stress management, parenting strategies, navigating life transitions, or emotional regulation tools. These workshops provide a supportive space to learn, reflect, and connect with others in the community.

Support groups offer a unique opportunity to share experiences, gain insight, and receive encouragement from others facing similar challenges. Groups may focus on topics such as parenting, fertility journeys, anxiety, or managing overwhelm. While not currently running, future offerings will be designed to foster connection, reduce isolation, and build practical skills in a welcoming and nonjudgmental space.
