MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

Jessica Wisnieski, LCSW

Providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents experiencing PTSD, anxiety, or depression, and for adults and couples navigating their journey to parenthood.

A Few Words About Me

Since 2017, I have been able to work with people of all ages to alleviate symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, among other diagnoses. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who have experienced trauma. I am certified in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which is an evidence-based practice that helps to reduce and alleviate symptoms of PTSD for children ages 4–18.

In addition to trauma work, I also support individuals and couples who are navigating the complex and emotional journey of fertility. Whether clients are exploring options, undergoing treatment, or processing grief and uncertainty, I provide a compassionate and grounded space to explore the unique challenges of this experience.

Building rapport and trust is initially the most important part of the therapeutic process. My priority as a therapist is to provide a safe, inviting, and comfortable space for clients to share, explore, and process their thoughts and feelings. This results in the ability to work collaboratively to set goals and achieve them.
